Fugitive Michael Pratt Nabbed in Madrid Over GirlsDoPorn Scandal
Michael Pratt, wanted on 19 serious charges including sex trafficking and child porn production, has finally been caught. The mastermind behind the infamous GirlsDoPorn adult website was a fugitive since 2019 and topped the FBI’s Ten Most Wanted list earlier this year.
Spanish Police Snatch Pratt After Three Years on the Run
Pratt was arrested in Madrid on December 21, 2022, by Spanish National Police acting on an Interpol Red Notice — a global alert to track down and detain criminals pending extradition. He’s now locked up in Spain, awaiting transfer back to the US.
FBI Vows: You Can Run, But You Can’t Hide
“The capture of Michael Pratt is an example of how the FBI will pursue justice beyond U.S. borders—you can run but you can’t hide,” said Special Agent in Charge Stacey Moy of the FBI San Diego Field Office.
SAC Moy praised the teamwork behind the arrest, thanking the FBI San Diego Human Trafficking Task Force, Spanish National Police, U.S. Marshals, Homeland Security, ICE, and the public for their role in bringing Pratt to justice.
