Man Caught Filming Under Teen’s Skirt in Andover – Police Hunt Suspect
Police are urgently appealing for information after a creepy incident in Andover on Wednesday, March 1.
Girl Filmed on Footpath Near KFC
A 15-year-old girl was walking behind KFC at Enham Retail Park between 8.30am and 9.15am when a man started following her closely. He was filming under her skirt with his mobile phone before dashing off towards the railway underpass on 1 Road and King Arthur’s Way.
Suspect Description
- About 6ft tall
- Tanned skin
- Short hair – dark on top fading to grey at sides
- Bushy eyebrows and big nose
- Wearing black boots, dark jeans, black waist-length jacket
- Spoke with a foreign accent
PC Neil Plascott said: “This is a concerning incident which we are taking very seriously, with extra patrols taking place in the area.”

Officers want anyone who witnessed the incident or saw a man matching this description to call 101 immediately, quoting reference 44170077422.
PC Plascott added: “I would also like to speak to anyone who may have been a victim of similar incidents recently. Children and parents should stay vigilant and aware of personal safety.”
