A careless builder sparked chaos when a bonfire set fire to a house roof on Coppermill Road, Wraysbury. The empty property’s roof was gutted in the blaze.
Firefighters Race to the Rescue

They battled the flames using two hose reels, a ladder, and thermal imaging cameras to check for hot spots.

Thankfully, no one was inside the property at the time. But the roof was completely destroyed thanks to the careless bonfire.
