A32 Shut After Two-Car Smash in Gosport
The A32 Fareham Road is closed both ways after a two-vehicle collision just after 8.15pm tonight. Emergency crews rushed to the scene following the crash involving a black Skoda and a VW near the Holbrook roundabout.
Two Hurt and Taken to Hospital
Two people were injured and taken to hospital complaining of neck and back pain. Thankfully, their injuries are not believed to be serious.
Emergency Services Swarm the Scene
Firefighters from station 1, three ambulances, and officers from Hampshire Police’s Havant Roads Policing unit attended the crash. Despite road closure signs and a heavy emergency presence, some drivers still tried to squeeze through, slowing efforts to clear the mess.
Traffic Chaos and Diversions
Drivers are advised to follow local diversion routes while the cleanup is underway. Local bus services have also been temporarily rerouted to avoid delays caused by the police operation.
