Car and Bus Crash Shakes Addiscombe Junction
Police rushed to the scene at 9.33am on Sunday, 5 February, following a collision between a car and a bus at the busy junction of Shirley Road and Lower Addiscombe Road in Addiscombe.
Emergency Services Swift to Respond
Officers arrived alongside the London Ambulance Service and Fire Brigade. Both drivers were taken to hospital for checks, but thankfully, their injuries are not life-threatening.
No Arrests as Investigation Continues
There were no arrests made on the spot. Police helped organise the recovery of the stranded vehicles to clear the chaotic scene swiftly.
