The drama exploded on Dover Street when a group, denied entry earlier, returned brandishing huge machetes, aiming to force their way inside the Hawaiian-themed hotspot. A shocked security guard said, “They had very big blades.” Witnesses described chaotic scenes as the men charged at the club’s entrance.

Fast Police Response Brings Chaos Under Control

Armed officers from the Met Police raced to the scene following reports of the disturbance. Several arrests were swiftly made, and numerous machetes were seized.

“It was pure chaos. The men tried to charge the door with large blades. How anyone wasn’t hurt was just pure luck,” said a nearby venue manager, who wished to remain anonymous. “Our customers come out for a good evening and do not expect this.”

The same manager praised police for their quick work: “The officers dealt with it very quickly. It’s not good for business to have this kind of trouble, but thankfully the situation was brought under control.”

Three of the suspects were arrested early Monday morning in Hertfordshire, and all remain in custody.

Local residents and business owners expressed shock, noting such violence is rare in Mayfair’s upscale streets. Social media buzz reflected relief no serious harm occurred.
