Body Found at Farlington Marshes Car Park
Police shut down the car park at Farlington Marshes, Portsmouth, this afternoon after discovering a dead man.
Man Found Unconscious, Later Pronounced Dead
Officers were called around 4pm following reports of an unconscious man. Upon arrival, they confirmed the man had died.
Death Not Treating as Suspicious
Hampshire Police say the death is not suspicious. The car park remains cordoned off while an investigation takes place for the Portsmouth coroner.
Visitors Urged to Avoid the Area
The popular nature reserve, known for coastal grazing marsh and lagoon habitats, is closed to visitors for now. Authorities ask people to stay clear while inquiries continue.
