Local Café Slammed by Vicious Break-In – Doors Shut Indefinitely!

Jam & Bowler, a beloved Southsea café and tea room at the busy Albert Road and Victoria Road South junction, has been forced to shut its doors after a brutal break-in on Monday morning.

Thugs Rampage Through Popular Eatery

Early Monday, marauding thieves tore through the premises, leaving behind a trail of destruction so severe that the owners say they don’t know when they’ll reopen.

The café’s recent announcement confirmed the disaster: “Due to a break-in in the early hours of Monday morning, J&B will be closed for the foreseeable future. Although nothing of great value was taken, the damages they caused to our shop has forced us to close.”

Community Urged to Help Catch Culprits

The devastated owners are pleading for witnesses to come forward. If you saw or heard anything suspicious, contact the police on 101 immediately.

Jam & Bowler has been a cosy hotspot in Southsea, cherished by locals for its warm atmosphere and quality brews. This cruel attack has left the community shaken.

Wishes for a Swift Comeback

We’re gutted to hear this terrible news and send all our best to Jam & Bowler’s team. Here’s hoping their snug little café bounces back stronger and soon regains its rightful place at the heart of Southsea.
