A holiday trip turned nightmarish at a Kent beach after a man was allegedly beaten to death by a gang of teenagers in Leysdown-on-Sea.
Brutal Attack on Beach
A witness, who wished to stay anonymous, revealed chilling details of the attack. The violence erupted following a scuffle in a nearby pub car park. One teen, reportedly sporting a cut above his head, is said to have been part of the initial confrontation before returning with others to launch a savage assault on the victim.
“They were kicking him in the head like a football and throwing rocks at him as he lay dying on the beach,” the witness said.
Emergency Services Rush to Scene
Kent Police and the local pub landlord raced to help. Despite desperate CPR attempts, the man, believed to be in his 40s, died at the scene. The victim was reportedly on holiday with his wife and young child, staying at a nearby caravan park. Horrifyingly, his family is thought to have witnessed the resuscitation efforts.
Teenagers Arrested Over Murder
Kent Police have arrested three teenagers – a 16-year-old girl and two boys aged 14 and 15 – on suspicion of murder. They remain in custody as detectives dig deeper into the attack.
