Police swoop on Edmonton home after cannabis factory uncovered
A house on Wilbury Way, Edmonton N18, has been sealed off by police following the discovery of a suspected cannabis farm, say local residents.

Neighbours reported a large police turnout with officers cordoning off the property and removing the rear fence as part of an ongoing investigation.
The Metropolitan Police have yet to issue an official statement, but locals are convinced an illegal cannabis operation was found inside the home.

“There were police everywhere, and they had the whole house taped off. The back fence was completely down, and it looked like they had been inside for hours,” said one eyewitness.
“You never expect something like this on your doorstep, but it’s happening more and more around here,” added another local.
