Police have closed Nobes Avenue in Gosport following a serious crash involving a moped and a car on Sunday evening.
The collision took place just after 5.30pm, prompting an immediate response from emergency services. Crews from South Central Ambulance, Hampshire and Isle of Wight Roads Policing, and the Air Ambulance were dispatched to the scene.
The air ambulance landed nearby on the green in Gregson Avenue to assist with the incident.
A white VW Polo was involved in the crash. The moped rider is believed to have sustained serious injuries as a result of the collision.
Police officers remain on site as investigations continue, and Nobes Avenue remains closed to traffic.
