South East Coast Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust (SECAmb) has become the first in Europe to equip its emergency vehicles with advanced digital alert technology. This innovative system is designed to enhance response times and promote safer roads for all users.

Starting Monday, 9 December, SECAmb will implement the Safety Cloud system developed by HAAS Alert across its entire fleet of 123 emergency vehicles. The new technology enables real-time alerts to be sent directly to drivers’ satellite navigation devices, providing instant warnings about approaching ambulances.

By adopting this cutting-edge digital alert system, SECAmb continues to demonstrate its commitment to saving lives and improving road safety throughout the UK.
