Katie Seeley, an 18-year-old woman, has gone missing near Latchingdon. She was last seen at around 9am today in the Latchingdon area.
Police believe Katie could be near Chelmsford city centre and are conducting urgent searches to find her.
Katie is described as 5ft 10ins tall, slim build, with long blonde hair and brown eyes. At the time she disappeared, she was wearing black Adidas leggings and black trainers.
Officers from Essex Police have expressed concern for Katie’s safety and are appealing to the public for help in locating her to ensure she is safe.
