A man in his 50s was found dead at a residential property in Gravesend on Monday, September 9, 2024. Emergency services were called to the scene in Taunton Vale just before 1pm following concerns for the man’s welfare.
Kent Police and the South East Coast Ambulance Service attended the address. Sadly, the man was pronounced dead at the scene.
Kent Police have confirmed that the death is not being treated as suspicious. A report for the coroner is currently being prepared, and the man’s next of kin have been informed.
A Kent Police spokesperson said: “Police were called to concerns for the welfare of a person at an address in Taunton Vale, Gravesend, at 12.57pm on Monday 9 September 2024. Officers and South East Coast Ambulance Service attended the scene where a man in his 50s was subsequently confirmed to be deceased.”
“The death is being treated as non-suspicious and a report is being completed for the coroner. The deceased’s next of kin have been informed.”
