Traffic has been brought to a standstill on the M25 clockwise between Junction 2 at Dartford and Junction 3 for the M20 due to an overturned vehicle blocking the road.
Emergency crews and National Highways Traffic Officers are currently on-site dealing with the incident. Drivers are warned to expect long delays in the area.
Delays of up to 45 minutes have been reported. Motorists are advised to find alternative routes if possible to avoid the affected stretch of the motorway.
