Motorists are advised that both tunnels at the vital Dartford Crossing will close overnight this weekend for essential maintenance and resurfacing work. The closures will affect the east and west tunnels, with diversions in place to manage traffic flow.
Closure Dates & Times:
Fri, February 9 – Sat, February 10: East Tunnel (A282 Northbound) will be closed from 11pm to 5:30am for maintenance. Traffic will be diverted via the National Highways network.
Sat, February 10 – Sun, February 11: West Tunnel (A282 Northbound) will be closed from 10pm to 5am for resurfacing work. Diversions will be in place.
Sun, February 11 – Mon, February 12: East Tunnel (A282 Northbound) will close again from 10pm to 5am for further maintenance, with diversions via the National Highways network.
