One lane of the busy A21 Sevenoaks bypass was closed on Sunday morning after a Ford spun out and crashed. The vehicle ended up facing the wrong way in the gutter, causing disruption on this important trunk road.
Several drivers who witnessed the crash stopped immediately to assist. These good Samaritans provided first aid to those injured before the police arrived at the scene.
Paramedics from the South East Coast Ambulance Service are currently treating one casualty at the location.
Kent Police officers have been called to the incident. Emergency vehicles remain at the scene, with one lane still cordoned off as they manage the situation.
