A significant vehicle fire has led to the complete closure of the M26 motorway in Kent, resulting in major disruption for drivers. The westbound carriageway is shut from Junction 2A near Wrotham to the M25 Junction 5 at Sevenoaks.
At the same time, the eastbound lanes are blocked between the M25/A21 interchange and Junction 2A. This has caused widespread traffic congestion and delays in the area.
