Police are searching for three men following a violent shoplifting incident at the Co-Op store on Island Road, Sturry, Canterbury. The trio stole meat and alcohol during the brazen theft that took place around 1pm on Wednesday 15 July 2020.
The incident also involved an assault on a staff member at the store, raising concerns about the safety of local workers and shoppers.
Canterbury’s Local Policing Team has released CCTV footage showing the suspects involved in the attack. Authorities believe that identifying these men could be key to solving the case.
Police are urging anyone who recognises the individuals captured in the CCTV images to come forward with information immediately.
