A man walking his twin cockapoos on London Road experienced a terrifying ordeal late on Monday night, October 3. At 10.45pm, a grey Ford EcoSport screeched past him before making a shocking U-turn.
The car, coming from Wrotham Hill, returned on the wrong side of the road and pulled up next to the victim. The driver allegedly demanded the man’s mobile phone, while two armed men jumped out of the vehicle.
The victim managed to sprint away but lost grip of one dog’s lead. The pup ran to the pavement, barking, before being struck by the Ford as it sped off towards the M25.
Tragically, little Milo, just 11 months old, died instantly at the scene, leaving the owner devastated.

Detectives are appealing to drivers with dashcams and local residents with CCTV footage to check their recordings for any evidence that could help solve the case.
