A teenage boy is fighting for his life following a brutal stabbing near Folkestone bus station in Kent on Tuesday evening. The violent incident has deeply affected the local community.
Emergency services were called to Middleberg Square at approximately 7.30pm after reports of the stabbing. Armed police, paramedics, and the Kent, Sussex, and Surrey Air Ambulance responded rapidly to the scene.
The victim, a local teenager, was airlifted to a major trauma centre in London with life-changing injuries. The severity of the attack has raised serious concerns among residents.
Kent Police swiftly arrested four other teenagers in connection with the stabbing. Officers have also conducted a weapon search in the area while maintaining the crime scene cordon.
Witnesses at the scene described paramedics working urgently, with one saying the victim “didn’t look good.” Kent Police have been contacted for further updates as the investigation continues.
