Teen and Man Stabbed at Wigan Bus Station
A 15-year-old schoolboy and a 42-year-old man were stabbed at Wigan Interchange bus station at around 5:20 PM on 10 September 2025. The shocking attack has left the community on edge.
Teen Girl Arrested Over Incident
Police have arrested a 15-year-old girl on suspicion of assisting an offender. She remains in custody as officers continue their investigations.
Police Launch Full Investigation
Greater Manchester Police (GMP) have sealed off the bus station while detectives dig into the attack. Superintendent Danny O’Neil said,
“There’s a scene in place while our officers investigate the incident and the events that led up to it. We will also have officers in the area throughout the evening and are currently reviewing CCTV and obtaining witness statements.”
