Major Fareham Road Shut After Serious Motorcycle Crash
A key route in Fareham has been shut tonight following a serious collision involving a motorcyclist. Titchfield Lane was closed by Hampshire and Isle of Wight Police just before 5pm on Monday after the crash.
Critical Care Doctor Treats Injured Rider at Scene
Emergency crews rushed in, treating the motorcyclist with a critical care doctor on-site. The rider was then airlifted by Hampshire and Isle of Wight air ambulance to Southampton General Hospital.
Long Delays as Road Remains Closed for Hours
Police warn the closure could last for several hours while they investigate the accident. Traffic is piling up on both sides, causing long jams reaching back into Wickham Village.
