Detectives from Kent Police have released CCTV footage as part of an ongoing investigation into a series of lewd behaviour incidents in Dartford and Swanley. The suspect is believed to have made sexually explicit remarks to members of the public between November 4 and 14, 2024.
The reported incidents took place at several locations including Hawley Road and High Street in Dartford, Holmesdale Road in South Darenth, and New Barn Road in Swanley. Witnesses have described the suspect as speaking with an Eastern European accent.
Kent Police are appealing for anyone who recognises the man captured on CCTV or who has any information about the incidents to come forward. Those with information are asked to contact the West Kent Appeals Line on 01622 604100, quoting reference 14-0431.
