At around 2.40am on Tuesday 18 June 2024, at least three individuals were seen scaling a wall to enter a property on Truro Road in Ramsgate. This incident is part of a recent spate of break-ins in the area.
The latest break-in closely follows a similar event at an outbuilding nearby, which occurred at 3.35am on Saturday 15 June 2024. Fortunately, no items were reported stolen in either case.
Kent Police are actively investigating the incidents and believe that a white Ford Transit van and a red sports car, possibly an Alfa Romeo, seen in the vicinity around the times of the break-ins, may be connected to the crimes.
Authorities are urging anyone with dashcam, CCTV, or doorbell footage from Truro Road during these times to come forward. Witnesses can contact Kent Police by calling 01843 222289 and quoting reference 46/100209/24.
