A violent altercation between two groups in Nottingham’s Talbot Street has resulted in three men being injured. One man sustained a fractured eye socket and bleeding on the brain, requiring hospitalisation. The other two men suffered minor injuries.

The incident occurred at approximately 2.45am on Sunday, 6 March 2022. Nottinghamshire Police have been reviewing CCTV footage and have launched a comprehensive investigation into the melee.

Police have released images of three men they wish to speak to, believing these individuals hold vital information about the incident. Officers are urging anyone who recognises these men or witnessed the fight to come forward.

Detective Constable Matthew Dickinson said, “A man was left needing to go to hospital with devastating head injuries. It’s fortunate he is now recovering. The behaviour was unacceptable. We’re working hard to understand what happened.”

He added, “If you recognise these men, or witnessed the fight, please contact Nottinghamshire Police on 101 quoting crime reference 22*134709.”
