Greater Manchester is mourning after a tragic incident in Little Hulton, where 35-year-old Perseverance Ncube was found with a fatal stab wound on Dukesgate Grove, Worsley.
Perseverance Ncube was discovered by her two young children with a single chest wound. Despite receiving prompt medical attention, she sadly passed away at the hospital.
Her family has paid a heartbreaking tribute, describing her as a “loving and devoted mother” who dedicated her life to her children, family, and friends. An active member of her church community, Perseverance had built a warm and supportive circle around her.
“Percy had just marked her 35th birthday in October. Her loss leaves an immeasurable hole,” the family said. “Our focus is now on supporting her children as they grow up without their mum.”
Greater Manchester Police are actively investigating the case and have called on the public for assistance. They are urging motorists and local residents who may have dash-cam, doorbell, or CCTV footage from the area to come forward with any information.
