Police are hunting a balaclava-clad thug who stormed a Leybourne restaurant’s office before dawn and made off with a haul of cash.
At around 6.30am on Monday 7 October 2019, the hooded suspect barged into the Castle Way premises. He attacked two members of staff and snatched an undisclosed amount of cash before fleeing the scene.
The suspect is described as approximately 6ft tall, wearing a full balaclava, a padded jacket, ski gloves, and carrying a bag.
Kent Police are conducting forensic examinations and scouring any CCTV footage available. Anyone with information is urged to contact Kent Police on 01622 604100, quoting reference 7-0165. Your tip could help bring this crook to justice!
