A 25-year-old man is fighting for his life after a terrifying stabbing on a busy Oxford Street bus. The incident has caused significant disruption and prompted a police investigation.
The shocking attack took place at around 10.20pm on Tuesday, February 28. Emergency services, including the Metropolitan Police and the London Ambulance Service, rushed to the scene following reports of a stabbing onboard the bus.
A Metropolitan Police spokesperson said, “Officers arrived and discovered a 25-year-old man critically injured. He was taken to hospital by the Ambulance Service and remains in critical condition.”
Following the attack, a crime scene was established immediately, leading to the partial closure of the world-famous Oxford Street to traffic. Additional police officers have been deployed to the area as investigations continue.
