The offences took place on Wednesday, September 11, and Thursday, September 12, 2024. Investigators believe the woman seen in the CCTV footage could hold vital clues to solving the case.

Police have issued a public appeal, asking anyone who recognises the woman to contact Kent Police immediately on 01622 604100, quoting reference 46/156069/24. Alternatively, information can be provided anonymously by calling Crimestoppers on 0800 555111 or submitting an online tip.

Authorities urge anyone with information to come forward to help prevent further fraud in the Medway area.
