Just after 11pm on Saturday 4 May 2024, a woman’s handbag was stolen by another woman in Burgate. The victim was left shaken as the thief made off with her belongings.
Officers from East Kent CID have launched an investigation into the incident and have released a CCTV image of a suspect who may hold the key to solving the crime.
Kent Police are urging anyone who recognises the woman in the footage to come forward and assist with the investigation.
