Detectives are seeking witnesses following a tragic two-vehicle collision in Marden, Kent, which resulted in the death of a motorcyclist.

The fatal crash occurred on Sunday, 8 September 2024, at approximately 3:40pm on Maidstone Road. A white Fiat Panda and a green Kawasaki motorcycle were involved in the collision.

Despite the swift response from Kent Police and the South East Coast Ambulance Service, the motorcyclist, a man in his 50s, was pronounced dead at the scene. His family have been informed of the tragic news.

Kent Police’s Serious Collision Investigation Unit (SCIU) is appealing to anyone who witnessed the crash or who may have dashcam or CCTV footage to come forward. Investigators are working to establish the exact circumstances surrounding the incident.
