Kent Police were called to London Road in Dover at 12:10am on Thursday, 8 July 2021, following a violent altercation.
Officers found that a 24-year-old man from Dover had attacked two other individuals after a heated argument.
One of the victims was taken to a local hospital by South East Coast Ambulance Service for treatment.
The suspect was arrested at the scene and remains in police custody as the investigation continues.
Kent Police have appealed for witnesses to come forward with any information about the incident.
