Police were scrambled to Cheadle Road, Cheddleton, just after 5.25pm on Wednesday, June 29, following shocking reports of indecent exposure.
Between 4pm and 4.50pm, a man exposed himself to a young girl sitting alone on a bus travelling from Hanley to Leek. The suspect did not speak or approach the girl but left her shaken by the incident.
The suspect is described as a white male in his early 20s, approximately 5ft 9ins tall, with short brown hair. He was wearing floral shorts at the time of the incident.
Staffordshire Police are urging anyone with information to come forward. They can be contacted via Facebook, Twitter, or by phone on 101 quoting incident 586 of June 29. Information can also be reported anonymously to Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
