Kent Police responded swiftly to reports of a violent assault on Canterbury High Street just before 5pm on Saturday, 8 June 2024. The incident occurred at a local shop where a worker was attacked.
Officers arriving at the scene found a man suffering from a head injury. He was immediately taken to a nearby hospital for treatment. The assault reportedly followed a disturbance involving a group of men.
As part of their ongoing investigation, Kent Police have released CCTV images of a man who may have information relevant to the case. The police are urging anyone who recognises the individual or has any information about the incident to come forward.
