Cadbury World has unveiled the world’s largest Mini Egg this Easter, creating a spectacular attraction for visitors. Standing an impressive 70cm (27.5in) tall, this enormous milk chocolate creation is designed to amaze guests from the moment they arrive.
The colossal Mega Mini Egg weighs a remarkable 55kg (121lb) and required two full days of careful handcrafting by chocolatiers Claire Fielding, Dawn Jenks, and Donna Pitt. Claire Fielding explained that the idea was inspired by last year’s hugely popular giant Creme Egg.
“Mini Eggs are an absolute favourite and a British Easter staple,” said Claire Fielding. “We wanted to create something truly special for visitors to enjoy.”
Wrapped in a delicate pastel pink sugar shell, this gigantic chocolate treat weighs as much as an adult cheetah, a bantamweight boxer, or even a single wardrobe. The Mega Mini Egg will be on display for two weeks starting Monday, giving chocolate lovers plenty of time to admire this sweet spectacle.
“It’s been so rewarding seeing it come to life, and we can’t wait for visitors to come and see it in person this Easter,” added Ms Fielding.
