A shocking incident occurred on a bus heading to Waterloo at approximately 9.10pm on Wednesday, 10 February. A 16-year-old girl witnessed a man committing an indecent act right beside her.
The suspect is described as large-built with very short, patchy hair. At the time of the incident, he was wearing a green jacket and trousers but was shoeless.
