Kent Police are currently investigating a serious crash in Broadstairs that has left a man in his 20s fighting for his life. The collision occurred around 3:35 PM on Sackett’s Hill, near the junction with St Peter’s Road.

The incident involved a red, white, and black Yamaha Fazer motorcycle and a white Ford Fiesta. Emergency services, including Kent Police officers and the South East Coast Ambulance Service, responded swiftly to the scene.

The motorcyclist was airlifted to a hospital in London with life-threatening injuries. His family has been informed of his condition.

The Serious Collision Investigation Unit is leading the inquiry and is appealing for witnesses who saw the crash or were in the vicinity at the time. They are particularly interested in any dashcam footage from motorists or CCTV recordings from local residents that may assist the investigation.
