CCTV Released After Teen Assault in Southampton
Police are hunting a man caught on CCTV following the shocking assault of a 13-year-old outside a shop in Woolston, Southampton.
Teen Attacked Outside Store
The incident happened around 7.30pm on January 19, 2016, on Portsmouth Road. The young boy had just entered the store with his bike when a male customer told him to leave. Moments later, the man struck the teenager on the left side of his face as he sat outside on his bike.
Police Seek Man in Flat Cap
Officers have now released images of the suspect. He is described as a white male, early 30s to 40s, slim build, over 5ft 6ins tall, with a thin face and very short, light brown hair. He wore a light-coloured flat cap and glasses.
