Nearly a year after a savage stabbing, police have identified a key suspect in the murder of 33-year-old Dariusz Serafin.

On the night of Monday, 10 February 2025, at about 10:15pm, emergency crews rushed to a Hanwell pub located on Oaklands Road. A man had staggered inside with critical knife wounds. Paramedics fought to save him, but Dariusz Serafin was declared dead at the scene.

Following months of investigation, homicide detectives have named 34-year-old Siavosh Mohammad-Khani as a suspect they wish to question. Police have released photos and footage of Mohammad-Khani taken on the day of the murder at a garage in Marylebone. In the footage, he is seen beside a black BMW X4 with the registration HV67 RZP, which is believed to be the getaway car.

Authorities have announced a £10,000 Crimestoppers reward for information leading to the arrest and charge of Mohammad-Khani. Anyone with information is urged to call 101 quoting CAD 7176/10FEB25 or to submit tips online via Crimestoppers.
