A 45-year-old man from Wakefield, David Barraclough, has been charged with the murder of 37-year-old Carolann Barraclough. The tragic incident took place in Horbury, where Carolann Barraclough was found dead.
David Barraclough, who resides on Ken Churchill Drive, has been identified as white British and is currently held in custody. He is due to appear at Leeds Magistrates Court on Monday, 9 March.
The Homicide and Major Enquiry Team of West Yorkshire Police is actively investigating the case. Authorities have not released further details as the inquiry is ongoing.
