A 48-year-old tetraplegic man from West Winch has been charged with sexually assaulting NHS carers who were helping him at home. Kelvin Morgan, of Watering Lane, appeared via video link at Lynn Magistrates’ Court on Thursday.

Morgan denies five counts of sexual assault and is also charged with assault by beating. Additionally, he is accused of breaching a 12-year criminal behaviour order.

Prosecutors allege that Morgan groped and slapped the bottoms of various NHS staff members between 13 June 2025 and 1 January 2026.

Morgan, described as a prolific offender, was issued a lengthy 12-year criminal behaviour order last year. Despite these restrictions, the alleged offences are said to have continued.

He was released on unconditional bail ahead of a pre-trial preparation hearing scheduled for 30 April.
