Brighton Teen Stabbed Outside Lavender House in Shocking Evening Attack
Brighton was rocked on the evening of September 13, 2025, when a 16-year-old boy was stabbed outside 1 House on Lavender 1. The attack happened around 5:30pm as the teen was hanging out with friends. A nasty clash with a group of youths quickly turned violent.
Victim Rushed to Hospital – Now Safely Discharged
The young victim suffered a serious stab wound and was rushed to hospital in critical condition. Thankfully, doctors have since discharged him, and he is now recovering at home. Sussex Police responded fast and launched an immediate investigation.
Four Teens Arrested and Charged Over Knife Attack
- A 15-year-old boy has been charged with causing grievous bodily harm with intent.
- Two others, aged 16 and 17, face assault charges.
- All suspects remain unnamed due to their age.
At Brighton Magistrates’ Court on September 16, three of the teens were remanded in custody. The fourth was released on bail, pending further investigation.

“We urge anyone who witnessed the stabbing or has any info, footage, or photos to come forward,” said Detective Chief Inspector Alex Campbell. “Your help is vital to bring those responsible to justice.”
