London Shaken by Two Stabbings in Two Days
London has been rocked by two violent attacks in just 48 hours. A stabbing in West Drayton on October 6 was swiftly followed by another in Kilburn on October 7, shaking local communities and putting police on high alert.
West Drayton Brawl Leaves Two Injured
Police swooped on Brandville Road, West Drayton, at 6.06pm on October 6 after reports of a fight between men and teenage boys. Officers found a man in his 20s with stab wounds and a 15-year-old boy with a head injury. Both victims were rushed to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries and are now stable.
Kilburn Stabbing Sparks Fresh Alarm
Less than a day later, at 5.15pm on October 7, a stabbing near Kilburn High Street sent shockwaves through the area. A 15-year-old boy was found seriously injured on Brondesbury Villas and taken to hospital. Thankfully, his injuries are not life-threatening or life-changing.
Police also arrested a youth on suspicion of possession of an offensive weapon. He remains in hospital as investigations continue.
Police Tighten Grip on Violent Crime
The Metropolitan Police are actively probing both incidents, urging witnesses to come forward. Residents are left uneasy as two violent assaults rattle the capital in quick succession.
