Man Arrested Over Indecent Acts
On Sunday, June 19, Iskren Ganchev, 35, from London Road, Halstead, was arrested amid the investigation. He now faces two charges of indecent exposure and one for endangering public decency.
Custody and Court Date Set
Ganchev was remanded in custody and is due to appear before Medway Magistrates’ Court on Monday, June 20.
