Knife Assault Shocker in Edenbridge: 20-Year-Old Arrested

A 20-year-old man has been charged after a stabbing in Edenbridge left a man injured but thankfully not fatally.

Stabbing Incident on Station Road

Police rushed to Station Road, right opposite a petrol station, at around 4:20pm on Friday 8 August following reports of a violent fight. Officers quickly arrested a suspect at the scene.

The victim, a man in his 20s, was later found at another location with stab wounds to his head. He was taken to hospital with injuries described as not life-threatening.

Kent Police confirmed the victim and suspect knew each other.

Man Charged and Facing Court

Dylan Williams, 20, from Manor Road, Edenbridge, was charged with causing grievous bodily harm with intent. He appeared at 1 Magistrates’ Court on Monday 11 August.

Williams was granted bail with strict conditions. He is set to appear at Maidstone Crown Court on 8 September.
