Topshop is reeling after a 10-year-old boy sadly died in a shocking accident inside its Oracle Shopping Centre store on Monday. The youngster, believed to be Kaden Reddick from Reading, suffered fatal head injuries when a piece of store furniture apparently fell on him.
Store Shuts Down as Police Investigate
Officers described the incident as “unexplained but not suspicious” and remain at the scene. Topshop closed the store on Tuesday as detectives launched a full investigation, working closely with local authorities and store management.
A Topshop spokesperson said: “Our board and staff are deeply saddened by this horrific accident. Our thoughts are with the family. We are thoroughly investigating all the events surrounding this extremely sad situation.”
