Greater Manchester Police’s Serious Collision Unit is investigating a serious motorbike crash that occurred on the Loop in Salford yesterday afternoon.
The incident happened at around 2.05pm when a 24-year-old motorcyclist lost control and collided with a tree. Emergency services responded promptly, and the rider was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries. His condition remains critical.
Police are appealing to anyone who witnessed the crash or has dashcam, doorbell, or CCTV footage of the incident to come forward and assist with the investigation.
