A woman, believed to be pregnant, was rushed to hospital after a brutal stabbing in Maidstone on Sunday evening. The attack took place on the third floor of Star House, Pudding Lane.
Kent Police and paramedics from South East Coast Ambulance Service responded quickly after receiving reports of a disturbance at 6.50pm. The victim suffered two stab wounds and was transported to hospital, where she is now in stable condition.
Three men from Maidstone, aged 28, 33, and 42, were arrested on suspicion of assault. They remain in police custody as inquiries continue. The flat has been cordoned off, and officers are still present at the scene.
While witnesses have claimed the woman was pregnant, this has not been officially confirmed by authorities. Police have stated that her injuries are serious but are not believed to be life-threatening or life-changing.
