Wiltshire Police are investigating a hit-and-run incident after a 15-year-old boy was struck by a motorcycle on Havisham Drive in Swindon at around 7pm on Sunday, 31 March 2025.

The rider, described as a man in his mid-40s, fled the scene after the collision, leaving the teenager with minor injuries.

Officers have provided a description of the motorcycle and rider. The motorcycle was a black Chopper-style bike, and the rider was wearing a black helmet and had a greying beard.

Police believe a woman who was walking a black dog nearby may have witnessed the crash. Authorities are urging her to come forward to assist with the investigation.

A Wiltshire Police spokesperson said, “We’re keen to speak with this woman as she may hold vital information that could help us identify the rider and understand the full circumstances of the incident.”
